an authentic Tuscan way of farm holidays in a traditional
villa in the region of Maremma, Tuscany. Enjoy a lovely
farm holiday in the Maremma region with fantastic views
of the Tuscan sea coast in Southern Tuscany. Situated
amidst small but green rolling hills covered with oak
and olive trees, the nearest village to the villa is
Pereta, a medieval village that is about one kilometer
away.
The bedrooms open out views of the coast with the islands
of Giglio and Giannutri and on clear days, you can sight
Corsica. Dating back to the 17th century, the villa
has been restored to its original glory with terracotta
tiled floors and wood beamed ceilings. Furnished beautifully
in the Tuscan style, the villa is luxurious having restored
just two years ago. The refreshing sitting room has
an open fireplace and doors that open out to the garden.
A brick arch leads to the kitchen with a large dining
table and a fireplace.
The kitchen is well maintained with modern amenities
like an oven, full stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
There is also a larder with an additional freezer and
a laundry room with washing machine replete with all
appliances. The master bedroom is elegantly furnished
with Tuscan furnishings and has a bathroom with shower.
The three twin bedrooms furnished comfortably have full
bathrooms (bath with shower attachment, shower, basin
and WC). You can enjoy an outdoor relaxation with a
private, in ground pool measuring 12m x 7, a 4000m2
beautiful garden with furniture for al fresco dining
and having a great time outdoors.
Tourist Attractions:
The Parco del Uccellino (famous Tuscan nature park with
lovely beaches) Talamone and Ortobello, a famous beach
resort are only 25km-30kms away.
