The apartment is available for short term rentals and
is located in the fourth floor which can be accessed
by an elevator. The beautiful terrace and the big windows
open out a panoramic vista of the city and of the surrounding
hills. The short term rental apartment has lots of light
and is bright and airy. The master bedroom with a queen-size
bed can be divided into twin beds with ensuite bathroom
with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a twin-size
bed, with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms
have southern exposure and are breezy and full of light.
The living room has a pull-out twin size sofa bed and
a working fireplace. There is a separate dining room
that is well furnished with elegant settings. The living
and dining rooms have French doors that open onto a
large terrace overlooking the piazza. There is a fully
equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities. This
beautiful vacation rental apartment has independent
heating and air conditioning.
Facilities: The facilities
include a dishwasher, washer, microwave oven, toaster,
American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo Hi-Fi, CD
and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine,
hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The guests staying
in the apartment have exclusive use of the Palazzo’s
private Gym.
The Palazzo also houses 13 other apartments. The apartments
can be rented together for large groups wishing to stay
together.
