short term rental apartment is structured. Located in
the exclusive area near the historic Piazza Santa Croce,
the apartment is only three minutes away by foot from
Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, five minutes
from Brunelleschi's Dome and Michelangelo's home is
around the corner.
Structured on the second floor of the Palazzo, the
short term apartment is a 20-step walk-up from the main
entrance. The master bedroom has a queen size bed that
can be divided into twins, with an ensuite bathroom
with a shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that
can be joined to form a queen with an adjacent bathroom
with a tub and shower. There is a very spacious and
big living/dining room with decorative original wood
beam ceilings and portions of a medieval wall painting
with a pull-out twin size sofa bed with big windows
overlooking the piazza. The short term apartment also
has a fully equipped cooking area in the living/dining
room. The apartment has independent heating and air
conditioning.
Facilities: The facilities
include a Dishwasher, washer, microwave oven, toaster,
American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo Hi-Fi, CD
and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine,
hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The guests staying
in the apartment have exclusive use of the Palazzo’s
private Gym.
The Palazzo also houses 13 other apartments. The apartments
can be rented together for large groups wishing to stay
together.

50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining
50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date.
Final cleaning fee of $150 to be presented in cash
or Travellers Checks upon arrival. ADSL is available
in this apartment for the cost of 30euro's PW. Guests
will need to bring their own laptop.
A refundable security/damage deposit of $800 will
be due on arrival either in cash or Travellers checks.
For all rentals the client must pay all utilities
on consumption including telephone, fax and internet
usage. Only water is included in the rental price.
A cook and maid service can be provided on request.
