city center. Very close by you will find that the historic
Piazza Santa Croce is only three minutes away by foot
from Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, five minutes
from Brunelleschi's Dome and to your surprise, you will
find Michelangelo's home is just around the corner.
The central apartment is ensconced on the second floor
of a lovely old Palace and can be accessed by means
of an elevator. The Renaissance apartment evolves over
one of the large private courts, with large windows
with plenty of light, being bright and airy. There is
a large hallway and a big living room with frescoed
walls and original 16th century wood beam ceilings.
The living room has a double sofa bed. There are three
bedrooms with three bathrooms (two with full tub and
shower, the other with a small tub and shower). The
master bedroom with its bathroom is on a split level
with a small terrace. There is a complete kitchen with
an adjacent breakfast room. There is a beautiful dining
room with a table that can seat 12 people and a working
fireplace. The central apartment is elegantly furnished
with the highest standards and is supplied with sheets,
towels, pots, pans, dinnerware and all modern appliances.
The central apartment is decorated beautifully and is
completely air-conditioned.
Facilities: There is a dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave
oven, toaster, American coffee maker, satellite TV,
stereo Hi-Fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering
machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
To add to the luxurious facilities the guests are offered
the use of the Palazzo private Gym.

can be rented together for large groups wishing to stay

50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date.
ADSL is available in this apartment for the cost of 30euro`s PW. Guests will need to bring their own laptop.
For all rentals the client must pay all utilities on consumption including telephone, fax and internet usage. Only water is included in the rental price.
A cook and maid service can be provided on request.
Additional Bed: $300/week
Final cleaning/laundry: 130 Euro,
One week security deposit $ 500 / Over one week $ 800 against utilities and final cleaning/laundry, telephone extra
