set in beautiful landscape with a breathtaking vista
of the northeast of Arezzo in Tuscany. Surrounded by
a natural theater of untouched natural vegetation in
a pure and serene air, this holiday apartment is a grand
stone manor which dates back to the 13th century. Transformed
into a holiday apartment with modern amenities without
deterring from the original ambience and structure,
the apartment is a lovely base to home to after an exciting
excursion that discovers the wonders of Tuscany. This
lovely holiday apartment evolves over magnificent gardens
with a swimming pool that is shared by the other occupants
of the estate.
Ground Floor: The ground
floor houses the living room with a fireplace, Satellite
TV, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchenette (4 gas
burners, refrigerator with ice compartment and an electric
oven), dining table for 6 and washing-machine.
First Floor: The first
floor has one double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with
one single bed and an extra pull-out bed, one bathroom
with shower, bidet, sink and a WC. It has single heating
with counter. The bedrooms house 4 people. There is
an additional facility of 2 more beds.
Bright with more than adequate lighting, the apartment
is brightly lit, with panoramic views of the surrounding
Tuscan landscape and has its own fireplace, a fully-equipped
kitchenette and all the benefits of modern technology
(satellite TV, central heating, and washing machine).
Bedding, towels and table cloths are provided. All areas
in the apartment are tastefully and stylishly decorated
with a color scheme of warm, pastel shades.
Tourist Attractions:
This elegant and grand apartment is just 28 kms from
Arezzo, Tuscany and not far from Siena, on the edge
of the Chianti wine region and Umbria. As a lovely holiday
hideaway, this great apartment is perfect to visit the
glorious Tuscan countryside and many of central Italy's
most important holiday cities of Art, like Florence,
Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Ravenna, Orvieton and
the Trasimeno Lake. All these destinations are accessible
along the E45 speedway, which is only 3 kms from the
apartment. Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf,
tennis courts, horse-riding, shops, typical restaurants
available at short driving distance.
Tourist Activities:
As the perfect environment for natural beauty and relaxation,
visitors to the apartment can enjoy relaxing swims in
the pool or pleasant hiking and cycling trips around
the stunning landscape of the tall valley or along the
Tiber shores. For those of you who prefer to indulge
in sporting or cultural activities besides enjoying
peace and tranquility. For the more adventurous, there
is Trekking, Cycling excursions, 2 Horseback ridings:
at 2 and 5 kms., from the apartment, Tennis courts,
gym at 2 kms. from the apartment, Golf at 6 kms., Fishing
at 2 kms., Windsurfing at 8 kms, on the nearby lake
at Montedoglio, Ping Pong and Mini Volley . For a soothing
experience, guests can visit the Thermal baths (Fontecchio)
and beauty farm at 15 kms. Or for quiet interlude, the
sea is less than an hour by car.
