Ground Floor: The ground floor houses the living room with a fireplace, Satellite TV, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchenette (4 gas burners, refrigerator with ice compartment and an electric oven), dining table for 6 and washing-machine.

First Floor: The first floor has one double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with one single bed and an extra pull-out bed, one bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and a WC. It has single heating with counter. The bedrooms house 4 people. There is an additional facility of 2 more beds.
