and accommodates 12 people.
GROUND FLOOR:
The ground floor opens out with a bright and airy living
room with a comfortable queen size sofa bed. The authentic
Tuscan kitchen is well equipped and also includes a
dining area. The sunny patio is ideal for dining outdoors
with comfortable furniture. Furnished in the Tuscan
style, the double bedroom has a bathroom with a shower.
FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor of this lovely Tuscan farmhouse evolves
over three spacious and sunny double bedrooms with a
bathroom and a bath tub. One of the bedrooms is furnished
with bunk beds with a bathroom and a shower. The lovely
terrace is breezy and inviting as a sit-out. The Farmhouse
gives you a lovely feel of the Tuscan lifestyle with
a well-kept garden and lawn furniture. The amenities
include a cool 6 x 12 meter swimming pool and a covered
car park. The gravel road leading to the farmhouse is
private and has no traffic being ideally situated for
solitude and as a romantic getaway. Equipped with modern
amenities and furnished in tune with the Tuscan culture,
the farmhouse also has satellite TV.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS:
Conveniently situated this lovely Tuscan farmhouse can
be reached by car in an hour from the three main cities
of Tuscany being Siena, Florence and Arezzo. As you
explore the Tuscan countryside along the Via dei Sette
Ponti, you will discover ancient towns, medieval villages
and Roman churches. Further down, about 2 kilometers
away, you will find the much-talked about medieval atmosphere
in the town of Loro Ciuffenna with its centuries-old
castle, useful outlets and quaint shops.
