Tuscan lifestyle in a luxury villa in Vernazzano, Arezzo.
Energized with the vitality of Tuscan and Umbrian artisans,
the traditional architecture has been infused with the
lovely aspects of simplicity, the Tuscan culture, the
legendary Italian warmth and an aesthetic rustic value.
The windows of this lovely villa are framed in gray
stone with awesome lake views from every window. The
16m x 7m refreshing swimming pool faces the lake with
a shady area with shower and a changing room. The higher
end of the sloped garden has a barbeque and a wood oven.
The luxury villa structured as a 3-storey building is
made of pietra serena and chestnut wood with floors
of handmade Umbrian cotto, and hand-painted walls of
traditional colors.
Ground Floor: Warmed
by a fireplace, the living room on the ground floor
has a TV with videotape and cable, a study room and
a big dining room. The kitchen is cheery and large,
made in cherry wood and antique hand painted tiles besides
being fully equipped and complete with two dishwashers
and a large fridge with a freezer. The room next to
the kitchen is a big storage room with washing and drying
machines. The staircase that leads up to the first floor
has a guest bathroom structured in its alcove. The main
bedroom is airy and spacious with modern amenities,
bathtub and a shower.
First Floor: The first
floor comprises of 5 suites with 3 bathtubs and 2 showers.
Each of the rooms are decorated and painted with the
colors of Tuscany reflecting the beauty of Lake Trasimeno
and the surrounding olive groves. Four of the rooms
have king size beds and one has two single beds. Cozy
and insulated with the Tuscan warmth, the living area
has great views and is heated by an old Swedish stove
in winter.
Second Floor: The second
floor has two guest rooms with a bathroom paved in wood.
The adjacent room can be used for relaxing, reading
and playing English snooker with comfortable furniture
and cushions and Tuscan décor.
Tourist Activities:
Sports and Facilities nearby. Trekking/walking routes,
horse riding biking tours, sailing, kite-surf and wind-surf
can be arranged on prior request. Other Activities:
Beauty farm-SPA that is twenty minutes from the property.
It is very beautiful, with heated swimming pool,
Jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna with different kinds
of massages and beauty services. Trattoria near by.
Cortona town is only 10 minutes away by car. The famous
town offers excellent restaurants. Rent a bike station
is available very nearby in Tuoro.

Florence - 100 Km / Rome - 200 Km / Venice - 350 Km
Pisa - 150 Km / Siena - less than 100 Km / Milan - 400
Km. There is a “beach” at the Lake Trasimeno
(only 15 minutes away from the property). Otherwise
the closest sea is towards Grosseto, without traffic
it is an hour and a half from the property. There are
beautiful woods, and trekking trails around the hills
that surround the property.
General Info: Snooker
table is available in the property. There is a Cook
or Chef to prepare meals, wine-tasting, massage/beautician
for house call.
