in its awesome interiors the villa is private and peaceful.
Structured in two levels, the Italian villa has five
double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. An additional
room with a double sofa bed gives extra space for 2
more persons. Accessed by two separate staircases, privacy
and space is ensured for the guests who choose the rooms
on the upper level. The villa has been created with
two spacious well equipped and fully functional kitchen
with a microwave oven, stove top, 2 fridges, coffee
maker, and an original wood oven for baking pizza and
bread. With tradition all the way, the kitchen has a
big dining table which can seat 8-10 people, with a
lovely view of the valley. Double doors open out into
an airy patio which has a table that can seat 6 people.
The laundry room is convenient with a washing machine,
iron and ironing board. After a cool dip in the pool,
you can take a shower in a small bathroom which has
a toilet and a shower. Bright and furnished in the Tuscan
style, the living room has a table which seats 6 people,
a TV and sofas with a spiral staircase leading to the
rooms on the upper level.
Preserved with care and detail adhering to its original
style, this Italian villa has stone walls, fireplaces,
ancient marble sinks and original wooden doors.
Tourist Attractions:
You can take off to Botteghina from villa Orso and enjoy
a special event where the owners organize wine and cheese
tasting, dinners and sale of products from the estate.
You can experience a breezy ambience even in summer
with spectacular views over the valley of Arezzo, Italy
from the villa. Located at an altitude of 500m above
sea level, the villa is close to Arezzo where the world
famous market is held once a month on a Sunday. You
can explore the quaint medieval towns of Siena, San
Gimignano, Cortona, Volterra and the region of Umbria
on a voyage of discovery.
