the vineyards and the Tuscan countryside offering a
great spot to relax and rejuvenate.
The lovely holiday villa is just outside Malmantile,
a small medieval town on the outskirts of Florence,
Tuscany. Convenient and accessible, the villa is close
to banks, supermarkets, stores, the bus stop and the
train station. Strategically situated, the countryside
apartment is perfect to come home to after a tour through
the tourist attractions of Florence, Siena, Pisa and
Lucca with the peace of Malmantile as a quiet harbor
to rest and relax in.
The specially renovated second floor apartment though
part of the majestic main villa can be accessed through
a private entrance. Furnished in the Tuscan style, the
single bathroom features a shower, bidet, Toilet, hair
dryer and linens for your comfort. There is a dining-cum-kitchen
area which is airy and spacious with the dining space
big enough to seat 6 people. The kitchen is furnished
with crafted wooden cabinets, marble topped counters,
appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove and an oven.
The floors are laid with terracotta tiles and the ceilings
have typical wooden beams. Created for quiet seclusion
and peace, the apartment also offers air-conditioning
and lovely typical Tuscan furinshings. Guests staying
at the apartment have the unique privilege of dining
al fresco on the lovely tiled terrace and reviving with
a glass of wine produced on the estate.
The villa is enclosed by spectacular Tuscan scenery
with the vineyards and the olive groves on the estate.
The fabulous views can be enjoyed from the apartment
and the pool area. Secluded, romantic and absolutely
peaceful, guests’ privacy is ensured at all times
with owners who are discreet, no traffic sounds and
