Set at a location that is perfect for expeditions into the countryside, the holiday farmhouse has wooden beams, terracotta floors, original wooden doors and stonework. Restored to its original perfection the farmhouse is structured in a picturesque region with olive groves, vineyards, cyprus trees and lovely views and is ideal for al fresco dining and romantic walks.

The farmhouse is furnished in the Tuscan style and has all the modern amenities of a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, satellite TV and washroom with ironing facilities and washing machine with laundry facilities for the guests.

Farmhouse Luisella 1 is a larger part of the farmhouse with a country kitchen and a fireplace. The ground floor also has a toilet and a bathroom. A fight of stairs leading to the upper level has three bedrooms with 2 double bedrooms and a triple bedroom a full bathroom and a living room. With a green forest behind the farmhouse, the guests can enjoy lovely leisure walks and jogging in a natural park. The shared swimming pool in the refreshing outdoor area has a table and chairs and is perfect for lazing around, sunbathing or relaxing with a good book. Located at a convenient spot, Farmhouse Luisella 1 has easy access to public transport, bars and shops being within walking distance. Farmhouse Luisella 1 is just 2 minutes from town and 15 minutes from the center of Florence. Explore the artistic town and enjoy a delectable meal with the traditional cuisine. You can also rent the adjacent apartment and have the entire farmhouse at your disposal. The farmhouse accommodates a maximum of 12 guests comfortably.

General Info: Set on the foothills of the Bertini Hills, the estate produces extra virgin olive oil and red wine that the guests may taste and purchase. In the main villa on the estate cooking classes are held all round the year and you can also hire the services of a private chef to cook a meal in the farmhouse.
There is an internet point. Air-conditioning unit is available on the first floor.
