Entrancing and charming, the ground floor has a covered terrace where you can enjoy an al fresco experience at a dining table for 12 people besides absorbing a fantastic view with olive groves. The kitchen is big with a huge dining table for 12 people, an industrial, stainless steel stove, oven, large fridge/freezer and an original stone fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a reception room or a lounge room with a fireplace, piano and lounge seating for 10 persons. With warm hospitable interiors and original bare stone walls, the lounge area furnished in the Tuscan style, has books, TV, and a grandfather clock.

The ground floor has a double bedroom that opens out onto a private terrace with a small table for 4. Romantic and refreshing, this terrace overlooks the lovely gardens and the pool. You can also finds a twin bedded room and a small living room with a sofa bed, stereo, magazines and a wood burning oven. There is a large bathroom with a bath, shower, WC, bidet and a double wash basin.

A flight of stairs leads up to the first floor which opens out to a large and airy reception and formal dining area with a fireplace, television, small library and a second, completely equipped kitchen. The first floor has a double bedroom, and two twin rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (one has a double wash basin) and a small WC. The second floor has a double bedroom with a lovely antique chest and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with bath, shower and double wash basin.

You will find a 6 x 10 swimming pool in the outdoor area with a convenient changing room and shower. There are sun chairs, umbrellas and tables for a large group. A covered terrace next to the pool uncovers the delight of dining al fresco with great views of the Duomo. The lush grounds evolve over an area of 6.000 m2, with beautiful wisteria, palm trees, an orchard, barbecue and an ancient 600 year old silk tree. A lovely panorama unfolds from the villa of Florence, Settingnano and Fiesole. There is the convenient facility of having a security for the front gates.

Tourist Activities: There is a tennis court 300 meters away. Golf at Ugolino 12 kilometers away. About 400 meters away there is a large supermarket. Just 50 meters away, there is a pharmacy, a cafe, and a Trattoria.
