Structured in a 17th century private villa on the first floor, the villa evolves over the verdant and thickly wooded Tuscan hills near Florence, Italy. Surrounded by 20 hectares of fabulous scenery and serene ambience, the views from the villa overlook cypress trees and the Alpi Apuane Mountains.

The apartment is bright and glows with the refreshing colors of pinks, greens, yellows and blues. Harmoniously designed with an even balance of color and display, the apartment is also decorated with pleasing antiques. With a typically Tuscan touch, the villa has polished wooden floors that run throughout its length with 'cotto', exposed beams and an awesome stone fireplace that dominates the huge kitchen.

There are 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and 4 bathrooms. One double bedroom hued in yellow has a 4-poster queen size bed and ensuite marble bathroom. Another double room, decorated in a beautiful shade of pink, has an antique brass bed and en-suite marble bathroom. There is a “terracotta room” that offers two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with an original 18th century basin. The second twin room painted in refreshing green has two 4-poster beds.

There is a huge table in the kitchen with an original stone fireplace and comfortably furnished oak sofas. There is a smaller living area and another complete 'kitchenette' structured behind wooden Venetian doors. Built just 10 kilometers outside the center of Florence, the apartment is ideally located to come back to the quiet hills of Tuscany after a foray into local museums, restaurants and shops. Guests can relax and swim in the lovely pool. The apartment is air conditioned, with a telephone, TV and all the modern amenities being a home away from home. You can enjoy lovely views and two excellent restaurants that are within easy walking distance.

Tourist Attractions: The apartment is only 800 meters from the village and has easy access to two very good, typically Tuscan restaurants. There is a supermarket and a mega store one kilometer from the property. There is a grocery store within walking distance that stocks fresh bread, milk and almost everything one requires. Golf can be played nearby. Horseback riding provides a personalized Florence tour. You can also learn to make Pizza and other popular Italian traditional dishes.
