Get a true feel of the authentic Tuscan experience at an ancient farmhouse accommodation in Tuscany close to the towns of Volterra and San Gimignano, with private swimming pool. With a fabulous view, the holiday accommodation sits right at the top of the hill. This lovely vacation farmhouse is only 9 kilometers from the sea and only a few kilometers from the beautiful cities of Volterra, San Gimignano, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and the historical cities of Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa. This Tuscany farmhouse can accommodate 9 people and evolves over two floors.

Ground Floor: This floor has two living rooms furnished in the Tuscan style with original stone fire places, a big kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathroom and a handicapped accessible room with its own private bathroom.

First Floor: The first floor has three double rooms decorated tastefully. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, one twin room with a private bathroom and another bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms.

The heating is charged at €35 per day in the colder months. Firewood and baby bed are included in the price which should be requested on booking. A mid week linen change will be charged at €8 per person.

Tourist Attractions: 9 kms away there is a water park, gym, boat rental & windsurfing in the town of Cecina. Horse riding can be found less than a kilometer from the farmhouse. There are a number of excellent restaurants within a kilometer and the small town of Guardistallo offers a shopping center, banks, pharmacy and post office. The famous spa town of 'Saturnia' is only about 35 minutes drive. The location of this farmhouse accommodation is very quiet and peaceful but just five minutes away from great sight-seeing places, famous wine caves such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia, and from the sea.
