The Tuscany villa is 10 kilometers away from Cecina
and around 25 kilometers from Volterra. This holiday
villa is structured in a private 600 hectare property.
The villa is accessed by a 1 kilometer private road
that starts from Via della Camminata. Furnished in the
Tuscany style, the villa evolves over two floors and
houses 8 people. The lovely airy terrace besides being
private faces the pool and the garden and surrounds
the house and offering a fantastic view.
Ground Floor: The ground
floor is divided into three delightful parts. One part
has a fireplace and a television. Another one is used
as a dining room and the third area has a stereo. The
lounge evolves into the kitchen with all modern amenities
with a professional cooking area, a big fridge, an oven,
a microwave, a dish washing machine and several convenient
appliances. The lounge leads the terrace with a big
table, a shadowed patio and a Barbeque. The ground floor
also has a rest room and a little laundry room.
First Floor: There are
three king-size bedrooms, all with private restrooms
with a shower and a double room with a private restroom
ensuite with shower.
The Villa has totally 8 sleeping places and it is possible
to place another single bed inside the double bed room.
