The cottages have been created to offer warmth, hospitality
and comfort. Blending tradition with modernity, the
cottages are luxuriously furnished in the Tuscan style
with the elements of elegance, traditional materials
with new technology and a long and valued Tuscan heritage.
These lovely luxury cottages are furnished in the simple
yet lovely Tuscan style with fantastic views from all
the windows.
The owners have retained the originality of the cottages
and have added all modern facilities and amenities to
give you the space, privacy and a wonderful holiday
experience in a grand style. There is a great heated
swimming pool and a Jacuzzi with an area around it to
relax in. The communal area has a fitness center with
gym and a Turkish bath, as well as a large room with
a fireplace, barbecue and kitchen that can be used for
special occasions.
The Cottages with its nearness to the sea has a mild
and dry climate and is sunny and pleasant all year round.
The Cottages: The cottage
complex is lovely and bright with a big tiled patio
area for al fresco dining with picturesque views over
historic Lucca, Pisa and the sea. There is a huge heated
pool with hydro massage and beautifully landscaped gardens.
There is a huge Functions room/Conference room comprising
of a fireplace and a large kitchen. In the open air
area there is a Barbeque and a wood burning oven. The
cottage complex has two car parks inside the property
and two excellent restaurants close by, renowned for
their Tuscan cuisine.
Cottage 1: Sleeps 7 PAX
Structured entirely with stone and finished with handmade
bricks to give it an even look and feel, the cottage
has Tuscan cotto, tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings
with the kitchen and bathrooms finished in stone and
marble. The ground floor ranges over a wide and airy
living room with a fireplace next to a kitchen and a
big door leading into a recess with a single bedroom
that has an independent entrance and bathroom en suite
with shower unit and closet. The first floor has three
twin bedrooms, one with a bathroom (with shower unit)
en suite, while the other two share a bathroom with
a bath.
Cottage 2: Sleeps 7 PAX (Airconditioned)
Cottage 2 has three floors. Two entrances in front
of the pool lead to a spacious lounge with a fireplace
and a kitchen with an outside dining area. On the same
level there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath
and a closet. The level that is lower downstairs has
a single bedroom (or studio) with an independent entrance
and a bathroom with a shower. On a higher level upstairs
there are two spacious twin rooms both with bathrooms
with an en suite shower unit.
Cottage 3: Sleeps 6 PAX
Cottage 3 also has 3 floors. A large lounge with a
fireplace opens out from the entrance furnished elegantly
in the Tuscan style. There is a dining room and a kitchen
with an independent entrance with a wide recess and
a bathroom with a bath. On the lower level downstairs
there is a double bedroom with an independent entrance
and a bathroom with a shower. On a higher level upstairs,
there are two twin bedrooms, both with bathroom with
a shower unit.
Parties, get-togethers and dinners can be organized
on request in the pool patio area or in Functions Room.
A professional cook can be arranged so that guests can
enjoy a gourmet or a traditional Tuscan meal according
to their taste. Other facilities include, organizing
of classical concerts (Quartetto Rossini), baby sitter,
cooking classes, bike rentals and bike trips with guide,
Italian language lessons, Turkish bath, Shiatzu massages,
Yoga lessons, ironing, washing and more frequent change
of linens.
General Info: Use of
Swimming pool 8 x 17 meters which can be heated in the
cooler months at an extra cost, tiled patio area for
relaxing and al fresco dining. A Barbeque and wood burning
oven are available. Fully equipped gymnasium with underwater
view of swimming pool can be enjoyed. Water-jet propelled
showers. Functions/Conference room with fireplace and
fully equipped kitchen is available. Wine cellar (possibility
of buying oil and wine produced in local farms).
Cottages can be rented separately only during the
