sunny and sensational, the luxury villa evolves over
8 lovely guestrooms with ensuite bathrooms and shower
facilities (fully heated and air-conditioned). The holiday
villa is ideal for get-togethers, family functions and
celebrations and can house up to 16 people.
Ground Floor: The ground
floor has a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a
well furnished formal dining room. There are comfortable
lounges with a fireplace and satellite TV. There is
a beautiful conservatory and two well appointed bathrooms.
First Floor: The first
floor is elegantly furnished with 4 King or twin bedded
guestrooms and 1 master bedroom, each with the latest
amenities furnishing the ensuite bath and shower facilities.
The rooms have fully heated and air conditioning systems
and are equipped with telephone, hairdryers, bathrobes
and pool towels.
Second Floor: The second
floor evolves over 2 King or twin bedded rooms and 1
master room, each with modern facilities furnishing
the ensuite bath and shower facilities. The rooms have
fully heated and air conditioning systems and are equipped
with telephone, hairdryers, bathrobes and pool towels.
Outdoor Facilities:
Spacious, breezy and beautiful the outdoor area has
a Floodlit swimming pool, a genuine Italian piazza and
outdoor tables and chairs for al fresco dining. There
are mountain bikes to explore and discover the secrets
of the Tuscany countryside.
Villa Highlights: Fitted
with the latest in technology and modern amenities,
the luxury villa has air conditioned and heating system,
an outdoor swimming pool, a Barbecue, a central music
system, Satellite TV, broadband internet access and
computer facilities.
Staff/Services: Maid
service and chef services are available for a continental/
buffet breakfast each morning and either lunch or dinner
each day (6 days per week) that are included in the
weekly rental charge. A gardener looks after the grounds
and the swimming pool.
Additional Services :
Wine Cellar & Wine Tastings: We have a well stocked
private wine cellar with prices ranging from €10
upwards. A professional wine sommelier can also be arranged
to tailor-make a particular wine tasting program for
your group.
Cooking Classes: Lunch
time or evening cooking lessons with our professional
Italian chef can be pre-booked for up to a maximum of
10 students. Approximate cost of €150 per person
which includes, all ingredients, aprons, recipe print-outs
and a fully serviced 3-course al fresco lunch or dinner
including house wine.
Laundry: We are pleased
to offer personal laundry service as well as make arrangements
for any specialized dry cleaning requirements.
Baby Sitting: English
speaking babysitters can be arranged.
Massage: Massages can
be booked with a professional masseuse who will come
out to the villa as and when required. We can also arrange
treatments at a health spa in Montecatini.
