The bedrooms have wood beamed ceilings and lovely high
quality and valuable furnishings. The holiday rental
villa offers the latest in technology with all the modern
amenities including central heating and air conditioning
throughout, internet connection and fax, digital telephone
system, cable and satellite television with both DVD
and video.
The Limonaia that is next to the villa has been transformed
into a modern kitchen with all the latest appliances
and facilities and a dining room. When the villa is
not accommodating guests, the kitchen is used for cooking
classes. There is an ancient Tuscan fireplace in the
dining room that can seat 16 people. The fully stocked
wine cellar still has the ancient wine press and a wine-tasting
room and impresses the mind and the palate. A picturesque
lemon garden separates the main villa from the adjoining
one that gives a flow of harmony and space. A stone-columned
pergola has soft banquettes for relaxing, reading or
simply enjoying a glass of wine.
Guests can enjoy sunny days with al fresco dining in
the garden refreshed by the fragrance of the lemon trees
besides enjoying the fabulous views of Monte Zano, the
enchanting farmhouses and olive groves on the hill.

will help you choose and coordinate the huge variety
of local excursions and sightseeing – Tuscany
is deservedly famous for its culture and centuries of
art and history. The wonderful walled city of Lucca
lies just six kilometers north of Vorno and houses the
incredible Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, Piazza Napoleone,
Torre Guinigi and great shopping. Florence and Pisa
are on your doorstep – Florence with its wealth
of art and perhaps the most famous of all statues, Michelangelo’s
David and Pisa still attracts curious travelers to the
Leaning Tower. The fascinating villages of Monticatini,
Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra are all within easy
distance.
General Info: The weekly
rental includes heating, electricity, and water. The
main villa rental also includes heating of pool up to
75F/24C, two staff, and a professional chef (staff have
one day off a week). Guests can use the tennis court
on a rotation with the other 2 villas on the property.
