This spectacular luxury villa is serene and private
with a garden and is separate from the main villa. The
beautiful holiday villa in Lucca is composed of six
bedrooms, two large open plan rooms with kitchen/dining
room and a sitting room with a Tuscan fireplace. The
vacation villa can be rented together as six bedrooms
or as two separate three-bedroom units. Each of the
six bedrooms has an en suite bath or shower. Furnished
to perfection with designer fabrics, valuable antiques
and furnishings of the best quality, the bedrooms are
comfortable at the same time sophisticated. The bathrooms
are delightful with marble basin tops, marble tiles
in the shower and traditional Veneziano plaster on the
walls. The bedrooms have full radiator heating and air
conditioning. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with modern
technology and facilities yet retaining its original
charm and versatility being decorated in traditional
Florentine style.
The villa is ideal to relax and catch up on a well
earned rest besides offering exciting excursions and
gourmet food. The villa has a private salon with a fireplace
and an open plan kitchen/dining room. The garden is
amazing and offers al fresco dining under the shade
of an old cherry tree. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine
on the private terrace and courtyard. Or have a refreshing
swim in the private pool (it is a 'sloping pool' with
a shallow end) or relax in the Jacuzzi. The villa is
well equipped with the latest in technology with a digital
telephone system, internet and fax availability, cable
and satellite TV and a DVD and video player.
General Info: The rental
includes heating, electricity, and water. The main villa
rental also includes heating of pool up to 75F/24C,
two staff, and a professional chef (staff have one day
off a week). Guests can use the tennis court on a rotation
with the other 2 villas on the property.
