Self Catering Villa in Tuscany near Pisa with Swimming Pool

Hide away in a great hideaway at a beautiful self catering villa at the end of an avenue of trees on the top of a hill. Have a great holiday at this red villa that was once a stable and later the farm manager’s house. Restored to bring out its beauty, this Tuscan villa does not look like a stable anymore, but a lovely self catering villa evolving over 210 square meters with 2 floors.

Ground Floor: The entrance of this villa is a veranda lit up with sunbeams and has a comfortable double sitting room-studio with a fireplace and a satellite TV hidden subtly inside a beautiful antique armoire. On the right there is a big modern functional and beautiful eat-in kitchen with a dish washer, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer and modern appliances. The kitchen opens into an outdoor "pergola" (Venice covered patio) where during summer the guests can use the barbeque and enjoy lunch or dinner while viewing the romantic and gorgeous landscape of Tuscany. There is a new lovely private swimming pool next to the "pergola". Next to the kitchen there is the laundry, with the washing machine, the tumble dryer and the iron. The kitchen and the laundry have a black stone floor that is wax treated.

First Floor: There are 4 beautiful well furnished rooms with twin beds that can also be converted to a queen size bed. One of the bedrooms has a full bathroom with a large bathtub. The upper level floor is made from large wood boards. Each room has a telephone, with direct dial and intercom, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom is the biggest room and has a pull out sofa which can be used as a third bed. There are 2 large bathrooms with a shower in each bathroom.

Situated in a quiet yet well located place, the self catering villa is close to shops, banks, post office and supermarkets. The villa is in the middle of a lovely countryside of Tuscany that is ideal for long romantic walks where you can breathe in the pure refreshing country air. There is a hunting reserve which can be used in the winter time and in the spring and summer time there is a clay pigeon shooting range which operates on Saturdays and Sundays. Furthermore, the country house is located between four of the main art cities of Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena). From here our guests can discover Tuscany and many historical little towns like S. Gimignano and Volterra. In Castelfalfi, a little village in the adjacent hill about 5 Kilometers away, there is a beautiful golf club with 18 holes and a tennis court.

We have a beautiful countryside in the middle of Tuscany where you can have beautiful walks. We have a hunting reserve in the winter time and in the spring and summer time there is a clay pigeon shooting range which operates on Saturdays and Sundays. Our guests can also rent one of the 4 mountain bikes available.
