in summer. The villa is only 10 minutes from the small
medieval walled town of Palaia and the highway connecting
Pisa to Florence, Tuscany.
The villa is designed to accommodate 15 people. The
villa has a beautiful and spacious authentic Tuscan
kitchen with all the latest amenities, a walk-in pantry
and a big comfortable living room warmed by a wood-burning
fireplace. There is also a very well furnished dining
room large enough to accommodate all the guests. The
villa evolves over 3 floors. The first floor has 2 double
rooms and 2 triple rooms with each of them having a
private bathroom. The top floor of the villa has a suite
accommodation with 1 large double bed, 3 single beds,
a private bathroom and a living room furnished tastefully.
The bedrooms are decorated with an individual style
each with their own character and furnished with antique
pieces handed down throughout Italian generations. They
are luxurious and are perfect for Italy holiday slumbers.
