Cottage Gregorio
 The Little Villa, or Gregorio, as it is named, is a holiday cottage that you'll adore. Set in it's own 20-acre 'estate', it sits atop a hill, and offers a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside.
Located between the villages of Lucignano and Monte San Savino, this stone cottage overlooks the Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woods and olive groves, it is the ideal spot to unwind and relax.
Gregorio is the country home of a Florentine noble family, and the owners have spared no expense in renovating it.
Furnished in elegant country style, Gregorio boasts of several antique pieces. It also contains many interesting artifacts brought back by the owners from their travels abroad. Yet, the cottage maintains an air of homeliness and is cozy and welcoming.
Gregorio sleeps 8 people comfortably, with three double bedrooms and a twin room. Each bedroom has a TV. There are also flyscreens for your added comfort, and a washing machine for your convenience. A fireplace provides that extra touch of warmth.
The sunny kitchen is equipped with high-quality modern appliances like oven, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The beautiful garden has olive trees, shade trees, and flowers in plenty, with seats strewn around. There is also a private swimming pool. Sunchairs and umbrellas set around the pool invite you to laze by its side in luxurious comfort.
Sit out on the patio and enjoy a barbeque meal cooked on the equipment provided or simply catch the sun and the stunning views of the countryside.
Zelindo the gardener, who comes in every day. keeps the garden immaculate and the pool clean. Graziella puts in 8 hours a week to clean and tidy the cottage. The services of a cook can be arranged if required to prepare delicious Tuscan meals for you and your group. All necessary linen is provided, and there are no parking problems.
