There are four completely restored 16th century farmhouses available for rent, each tastefully furnished with beautiful antiques and all the modern conveniences. Each holiday farmhouse is independent and is perfect for individual families or larger groups up to 15 persons. The estate evolves over lush woodland in a tranquil setting that invites wildlife like, hares, pheasants, wild boars, roe bucks, badgers, bald coots and wild ducks that the guests would love to watch and admire.

The guests staying in the farmhouses can get immersed in the Tuscan tradition and enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding gardens and vineyards or relax at the estate lake. The outdoors are interesting and inviting and the guests can picnic in the wooden chalet and patio area. There are also trekking paths in the surrounding woodland or jogging through the San Gmignano countryside. The adventurous guests can hire an estate mountain bike to explore the area. There is horseback riding nearby and golf is also available along with the joys of a ride in a hot air balloon. Guests can visit the local thermal area for a relaxing thermal bath. The sports enthusiasts can enjoy a vigorous game of tennis at the estate tennis courts or leisurely pass the day sunbathing at the large estate swimming pool. The unique vacation farmhouse is structured in the hillside of San Gimignano that commands a view over the tennis court. The farmhouse is both unique and an unusual building because originally it was a terracotta and brick factory. At the lower level where the tennis court is situated, this farmhouse offers a playhouse for children. The farmhouse has two separate entrances. The main entrance is from a paved, furnished terrace from the level above the tennis court. A path leads from the terrace down to the tennis court also. The entrance opens out into a small living room with an open arch that leads into the eat-in kitchen with a gas stove and a fridge. A flight of stairs leads from the living room to the first floor landing. A door in the landing opens into a well furnished and bright twin bedroom. A second door in the landing opens into a small but complete bathroom with a shower that is ideal for children. A third door opens into another twin bedroom with a door that in turn, opens down one step into a spacious and airy double bedroom with a fireplace. A single bed can be added on request in this bedroom. The two twin rooms can be added on request to this bedroom. The two twin rooms can also be made up into doubles upon request. A door in the double bedroom opens onto a short flight of stairs that lead up to a landing with a door on the right to a complete bathroom with a shower. A door on the left of the landing opens outside onto a small loggia from where you can go up a few steps to the lawn that is at the same level as the other farmhouses. The double bedroom has its own access without having to go through the single bedroom. This farmhouse has electric panel heating. It is simply but comfortably furnished.
