Peaceful and tranquil, the estate surrounded by the famous Chianti wine region and San Gimignano, has awesome excursions and sight-seeing. Wild and natural with woodland around, the estate is home to numerous wild animals, like hares, pheasants, wild boars, roe bucks, badgers, bald coots, or wild ducks.

The guests at the farmhouse can enjoy the fabulous views, the lovely gardens and vineyards or just relax at the estate lake. Transformed from a barn into a farmhouse that has recently been restored, this lovely holiday farmhouse sleeps 6+2 people. Next to the dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. From the dining room there is a step that leads up to the living room that is furnished comfortably, with a fireplace and armchairs. This room has glass walls and offers a fabulous view of the swimming pool. There are stairs from the dining area that lead to an open gallery with a sofa bed. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms open from the gallery. There are wood beamed ceilings and cotto floors. The spacious adjoining terrace is furnished with table and chairs and a private barbeque. The terrace offers spectacular views of the pool and the surrounding countryside while the guests luxuriate with an al fresco experience while dining with a cool breeze skimming across.
