This 17th century luxury villa is mainly structured to cater to small groups who want to enjoy a luxury vacation in a rich and detailed luxurious historic heritage place.

The luxury villa can house 8 guests in three double and one twin room. Completely restored, this luxury villa has been passionately decorated with 16th and 17th century furniture. There is a library, ballroom, several sitting rooms and a frescoed dining room for the exclusive use of the guests. There is a large private garden with a swimming pool with views over the medieval walled town of Monteriggioni which offers all services, restaurants and bars. The guest can make use of the vegetable garden in the estate and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a sumptuous dinner. (No children under 15 years are allowed).

On arrival the guests are presented with a welcome aperitif and Sunday breakfast. The guests are also provided with essentials such as sugar, salt, pepper, butter, jam, honey, coffee, tea, eggs, bread, crackers, olive oil, wine, mineral water and fresh in-season fruit and vegetables. The guests are free to use the bowling court and go for walks along the footpaths through the family vineyards and estate. They are also encouraged to help themselves to the fresh produce in our vegetable garden.

The villa caters not only luxury but the essence of tranquility and relaxation. The villa takes you on a slow travel of the Tuscan way of life. Imparting the art of savoring and getting back in touch with the unhurried pleasures of the Tuscan lifestyle with casual strolls through the vineyards, silent sunsets in the solarium, sipping an aperitif and the simple but valued exercise of stints to the vegetable garden to pick up some peppers to roast on the barbeque for supper.

This estate also features two other farmhouses in the same campus and is available for rent to large groups.

Tourist sights and/or activities in the area: Being in the heart of the Chianti, visitors to the villa can also tap into the many cultural and historical treats this region of Tuscany has to offer: Monteriggioni is within walking distance, Siena but a short 15 minute drive away, while San Gimignano and Florence can be reached by car in less than an 45 minutes. The villa is conveniently located in proximity to historical Etruscan sites, stained glass workshops, health spas, an 18-hole golf course and designer factory outlets.
