in a luxury villa in Siena and experience the Tuscan
way of life in Contignano. Surrounded by 30 acres of
private, lush woodland and orchards, the luxury villa
sleeps 10+1 in 3 double, two twin (can be converted
to a double on request) and a study/TV room with sofa-bed.
There are six ensuite bathrooms with all the accommodations.
There is a lovely comfortable, luxuriously furnished
and delightful living room with an antique stone fireplace.
Two doors open out to the lawn with stone paved terraces
that overlook the valley where you can toast a memorable
holiday glowing with an unforgettable sunset.
There is a door that leads to a study/TV room that
can be turned into a comfortable single bedroom for
an unexpected guest attached to an ensuite shower room/WC
that can be useful also as a guest's cloakroom. A comfortable
and airy dining room opens out with the traditional
peasant's hearth and a large table that can seat 16
people. Double doors open out to the stone-paved and
straw sheltered al fresco dining area with two tables
that can seat 24 people. An unexpected sight displays
a vegetable garden just above the pool. Guests can enjoy
spectacular, stunning views over the Val d'Orcia. Next
to the dining room, there is a big and fully equipped
kitchen with eight gas hobs, two ovens double sinks,
dishwasher and large availability of space for storage
and preparing food. Another room close by contains two
doors fridge with an ice maker and a cold-water dispenser,
washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment and
other amenities to make your stay comfortable. A luxurious
heated swimming pool (13x4 meters) is on the side of
a terrace that overlooks the valley.

Montalcino: 30 minutes, Chiusi (1 hour express trains

and beauty farms from 10 to 30 minutes, Contignano,
nearest village (groceries, bakery, butcher, “pecorino”
cheese factory and gas station): 5 minutes, & Guided
tours (to wineries, art towns, shopping).
