under the fabled Tuscan sun. The guests can also enjoy
the swimming pool that is also equipped with hydro massage
jets. The gorgeous beauty of the holiday villa, the

dining rooms, one dining room inside and one outside.
There is a laundry room and a lovely swimming pool.
There is a natural lake and a big beautiful garden bordered
by woods and olive groves. It is located at the base
of “Monte Cappuccini”, “Monte Totona”
and the hills of Montepulciano that separate the valleys
of Val d'Chiana and the Val d’Orcia. There are
pathways that lead from the holiday villa that can be
explored on foot or bicycle. The “Terme
di Montepulciano” hot springs can be
reached on foot, offering a vast range of spa services
and innovative programs for a complete physical revitalization,
with personalized treatments for the face and body.
There are also tennis courts (500 meters away), horse
riding grounds (1 kilometer from here), and a golf course
(30 minutes away) and an Olympic swimming pool (50 meters
away).
